LTL and full truckload deliveries must be inspected at the time of delivery. Any damage or shortages must be noted on the trucking company’s proof of delivery receipt. Claims for damages and shortages must be made within 3 days of delivery including UPS, FEDEX, and USPS shipments. Returns of undamaged and non-defective products can be made within 30 days in the original packaging. You are responsible for the shipping charges. There is a 15% restocking fee on custom kits and backpack packages.
